Stefanie Beach is the founder of SMB Media Consulting and host of The Digital Marketeer podcast. After 12 years in digital media, she launched SMB to offer on-demand media support to brands and agencies, attracting clients like Apple, IBM, and ECOS. The company earned a spot on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, and Stefanie was named a 2024 Enterprising Woman of the Year. She’s known for making ad tech feel accessible, insightful, and fun, whether she’s mentoring, speaking on stage, or breaking things down on the mic with a glass of rosé.

Mike Richter is the co-founder of Unplugged Collective and a rare mix of creative and technical. He’s helped launch award-winning ad tech companies, grow standout media brands, and now leads one of the most buzzed-about experience platforms in the industry. With more than 30 partners in the last year alone, Unplugged isn’t just throwing events. It’s building a brand people are thirsty for, curating spaces that cut through the noise and make connection actually matter.
